The following tracks are owned and/or operated by Magna Entertainment Corp. (MEC) and its subsidiaries.

Golden Gate Fields Golden Gate Fields, which is located approximately eight miles from Oakland and 11 miles from San Francisco, commenced its inaugural meet in 1941. Golden Gate Fields' racing season of approximately 105 racing days complements both Santa Anita Park's and Bay Meadows' racing schedules by adding racing days between the end of The Oak Tree Meet and the beginning of The Santa Anita Meet, and by racing when Bay Meadows is dark. Gulfstream Park The home of the Florida Derby, Gulfstream Park is the premier East Coast thoroughbred racetrack which operates during the winter months. Having first opened in 1939, Gulfstream Park is located on approximately 255 acres of land just north of Miami. The Breeders' Cup has been held at Gulfstream Park three times - in 1989, 1992 and 1999. Gulfstream Park's racing facilities include a one-mile main track and a 7/8-mile turf track. Laurel Park Laurel Park, located in-between Baltimore and Washington D.C., first appeared on the racing scene on October 2, 1911. The racing season at Laurel is divided into three meets and complements the racing schedule of Pimlico Race Course, which is located approximately 30 miles from Laurel Park. The racing season kicks off with the three-and a half-month winter meet on January 1. Racing returns in August for a three-week summer stand and the Maryland circuit concludes with a four-month fall meet beginning in September. The facilities at Laurel Park include a 1 1/8 mile oval track with a seven-furlong chute and a one-mile turf course. MEC acquired a majority interest in the operations of Laurel and its sister track, Pimlico, in November 2002. Lone Star Park at Grand Prairie Lone Star Park, which is located in Grand Prairie, Texas, about 12 miles west of Dallas, is one of the newest horse racing facilities in the United States, having opened for live thoroughbred and quarter horse racing in 1997. In October, 2004 Lone Star Park hosted the Breeders' Cup World Thoroughbred Championships drawing a crowd of 53,717. The Thoroughbred season at Lone Star Park generally commences each year in early April and continues through mid-July. The American Quarter Horse season generally commences each year in early October and continues through November. Lone Star Park's facilities sit on 285 acres of land and include a one-mile dirt track and a 7/8 mile turf course. Magna Racino™ Magna Racino™, which opened for live racing on April 4, 2004, is MEC's first European racetrack.  The new track is located in Ebreichsdorf, Austria, approximately 20 miles south of Vienna. Magna Racino™ offers live thoroughbred and harness racing during its meet which begins in early April and runs until early November.  Upon completion, which is expected during the fall of 2004, the facility will feature a gaming and entertainment center, with alternative gaming (slot machines), a race and sports book facility and various dining and entertainment venues. The racing facilities at Magna Racino™ include dirt and turf thoroughbred tracks, a harness track and related training facilities. The Meadows MEC owned The Meadows harness facility from April 2001 to November 2006 and now operates the track under a management services agreement. The Meadows is located in the greater Pittsburgh area, on approximately 155 acres of land. It first opened in 1963 and has a year-round racing schedule covering approximately 210 live racing days. Pacers and trotters race on a 5/8- mile harness track. The four OTB facilities which MEC acquired with The Meadows are all located in the greater Pittsburgh area and offer wagering on simulcast races from racetracks across the country. Pimlico Historic Pimlico Race Course, home of the Preakness Stakes®, first opened its doors on October 25, 1870, making the Baltimore track the second oldest racetrack in the nation behind Saratoga, which debuted in 1864. The marquee meet of the season takes place at Pimlico. The eight-week spring meet begins in mid-April and features 10 graded stakes races, including the middle jewel of Thoroughbred racing’s Visa Triple Crown on the third Saturday of May. The schedule complements the racing schedule of Laurel Park, which is located approximately 30 miles from Pimlico The facilities at Pimlico include a one-mile oval track with 1¼-mile and ¾-mile chutes and a 7/8-mile turf course. Portland Meadows Portland Meadows is located on over 100 acres in the Delta Park area of Portland, Oregon. The normal racing season at Portland Meadows runs from October to April. Remington Park Remington Park is situated on approximately 370 acres in Oklahoma City and offers both live and simulcast racing as well as electronic gaming in our Casino. The 2008, 20th Anniversary Thoroughbred Season continues thru Sunday, Dec. 14 with live racing on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights at 6:30 p.m. Matinee racing is offered on Sundays at 1:30 p.m. All times are central. Simulcast racing is available everyday with doors opening at 10 a.m. The Casino is open every day at 10 a.m. and is open until Midnight on Sunday thru Wednesday, 2 a.m. on Thursday and 3 a.m. on Friday and Saturday. Santa Anita Park Widely acclaimed as one of the most beautiful settings for racing found anywhere, Santa Anita Park is the "Great Race Place". Santa Anita first opened for thoroughbred horse racing in 1934. It is situated on 305 acres of land approximately 14 miles northeast of Los Angeles. In addition to The Santa Anita Meet, which opens on December 26 each year and runs until mid-April, Santa Anita also plays host to The Oak Tree Meet for approximately six weeks each fall. Famed for its art-deco style grandstand and view of the San Gabriel mountains, Santa Anita features a one-mile oval dirt track and a 7/8-mile turf course. One of the most popular spots at Santa Anita is the Frontrunner Restaurant, a gourmet tropical-themed restaurant which seats 750 people and affords a spectacular view of the finish line. Thistledown Thistledown is located on 128 acres approximately 10 miles southeast of downtown Cleveland. Thistledown has one of the longest racing seasons of all North American thoroughbred racetracks, covering approximately 185 racing days between March and December. Annually, Thistledown hosts the Ohio Derby, which is the premier graded stakes race in Ohio and one of the top races for three-year olds in the country.
