2014 SEASON: ranked second in the local standings with 126 victories…finished second at all three meets (Laurel winter, Pimlico spring, Laurel fall)…rode seven stakes winners in the state, including two aboard Golden Years (Maryland Million Nursery & The Marylander)…rode four winners on Feb. 6 and May 31 and had 10 three win days…finished the year ranked 25th overall in wins (188) and 37th in earnings ($5.4 million).

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS: became the 10th Maryland-based rider to win the Eclipse Award for outstanding apprentice rider (2013)…led all bug riders in wins (215) and earnings ($4,357,715)…ranked third in the Maryland standings with 95 winners…won the Laurel Park fall standings with 69 victories…from November 13 through December 31, he rode at least one winner in 24 of the 28 live racing days…tied for second in the Pimlico spring standings with 26 first place finishes, which included eight multiple win days…rode 11 winners in Puerto Rico before relocating to the States in March…first domestic victory was aboard Wellspring Legacy at Tampa Bay Downs on March 23.
