ANNAPOLIS, MD (May 26, 2015) – Maryland Agriculture Secretary Joe Bartenfelder presented officials with the Thoroughbred Alliance Show Series (TASS) a Secretary’s Citation for their contributions to Maryland agriculture on Saturday, May 23, at the Fair Hill Races in Elkton. The citation was accepted by TASS Coordinator Fran Burns and TASS Board Member Beverly Strauss.
